Trinity European Laureate Award

Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union provides a valuable opportunity to reflect on Ireland’s place within Europe and to consider the wider challenges and opportunities facing the Union today. At the Trinity Long Room Hub, this moment is being marked through a programme of public events, expert-led discussions, and digital content that brings academic insight into conversation with policy and public life. By convening leading voices from across disciplines and sectors, our work aims to support informed engagement with key issues shaping Europe, from geopolitical change to questions of democracy, sustainability, and cultural exchange.

Established by the Trinity Long Room Hub in partnership with Teneo, the Trinity European Laureate Award recognises outstanding contributions to European public life and policy. Presented during Ireland’s EU Presidency, it reflects a commitment to highlighting leadership, collaboration, and the values that underpin the European project.
