Organised in partnership with the Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI), this event brought together multidisciplinary voices to address critical challenges. A special thank you to our own Prof. Mary Rogan, who spoke at the forum and contributed to this important conversation!

The forum aimed to:

  • Develop a shared understanding of how ageing, brain health, and cognitive impairment intersect within the prison environment.
  • Identify and synthesise existing evidence, data sources, policy initiatives, and practices.
  • Propose an agenda for future research and policy engagement at the domestic level.
  • Create a multidisciplinary space for ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
