About the Project
The CONTENT Study - Consent for Medically Indicated Interventions in Childbirth project examines whether legal standards for informed, voluntary consent are upheld during childbirth post-Eighth Amendment repeal. Using surveys, interviews, and legal analysis, it aims to expose gaps between policy and practice to improve care and prevent traumatic birth outcomes.
