Tara Kerins Aylmer

Adjunct Tara Kerins Aylmer wearing black and pink academic dress against a grey and blue studio background.Tara is a PhD researcher in Technology Law in the School of Law. Her main research interest are AI Regulation, Regulation Theory and Technology Law. She is a Trinity Research Doctorate Awardee within the interdisciplinary group project 'Health and Transport in the AI era. Alongside this, she has received an interdisciplinary research grant from The Long Room Hub where she serves as an Early Career Research Fellow. Tara has previously served as a teaching assistant on various undergraduate and LLM modules including Foundations of Law and Freedom of Expression & Intellectual Property. She has also presented at many international conferences including BILETA. Tara holds a BA in Law and Accounting and a LL.M in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law.
