Peace, Justice, and Accountability in Ukraine: International and Domestic Pathways

This TriCON seminar will examine the emerging architecture of accountability for the war in Ukraine, including the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine and the Register of Damage for Ukraine. At the same time, Ukraine is considering institutional reforms that may shape how justice and accountability can be pursued in the domestic sphere. The seminar asks what these mechanisms can achieve, what forms of justice Ukraine seeks, and how the various domestic and international responses can both deliver accountability and contribute to peace.
