Partnership Objective

To embed Design Thinking within PWC’s Digital Accelerator programme through practical, workshop-based delivery tailored to pre-defined data visualisation projects. The goal was to equip participants with human-centred tools and creative problem-solving strategies ahead of final presentations to programme leadership.

Trinity Added Value

  • Delivery of expert-led Design Thinking Sprints tailored to real-world data projects.
  • Emphasis on empathy, user insight, and ideation to reframe problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Presentation and storytelling coaching to prepare participants for high-impact communication.

Partnership Activities and Approach

  • A series of sprints involving empathy mapping, user interviews, and brainstorming.
  • Sessions designed to enhance both creative thinking and client interaction readiness.
  • Ongoing co-development with PWC to adapt the programme for future cohorts (2023–2024).

Impact

The Design Thinking workshops played a key role in shaping how Digital Accelerators approached their data challenges and prepared for presentations. Participant confidence and creativity were measurably improved, and the programme was refined for future use based on success in the initial delivery.
