Our role is to:\x01 Assist PIs and Project Sponsors with eective and robust grant management in line with international best practice.\x01 Provide accurate, timely reporting both internally and to external stakeholders.\x01 On behalf of PIs, act as eective advocates with Funding Agencies in post award financial Elaine Sharkey and contractual matters.Projects Accounting \x01 Reduce the financial reporting administrative burden on PIs and support Trinity in its aim Managerto be a university of global consequence.Key achievements include: \x01 Eectively managed and administered 1,736 live grants with a portfolio value of 700m and research incomeof 127m.\x01 Booked and allocated c19m of indirect costs in accordance with Trinitys Indirect Cost Policy and distributed 29m Partner Payments. \x01 Provided timely financial reporting for over 50 separate Capital and Business Transformation Projects with a total spend exceeding 50m for 2022/23.\x01 Conducted 71 research audits and 2 capital audits (30m+ expenditure audited).\x01 Successfully migrated the Oracle Projects module to the Cloud in June 2023.
