I contribute to Trinitys overall ability todrive our economic model through dedicated stakeholder relationship management whilstendeavouring to provide excellent customer service. Key achievements include: \x01 Enhanced FSDs internal communications by composing a bi-weekly team update to promote engagement, inform on developments, acknowledge challenges, and celebrate Sam MaguireService Liaison Oicer achievements.\x01 In collaboration with the Procurement Manager, continued the Top 50 Supplier Sustainability Programme resulting in a move to fully carbon-neutral paper and activationof pilot projects in the laboratory category to reduce plastic packaging and investigate greener alternative products. \x01 Together with the Special Projects and FIS Managers, produced an Information Security Incident Response Plan to establish a consistent and eective approach for responding to a possible cyber-attack aecting the Oracle financial information system.\x01 Managed the annual FSD Financial Training Service, including 4 Financial Roles & Responsibilities workshopsfor Heads of Academic and Professional Support areas and 20 FIS Information Sessions, along with all bookings associated with regular FIS workshops.\x01 Remained the first point of contact for general financial queries managing 2,000+ emails.\x01 Coordinated three FSD Open Days, four Outreach initiatives, and facilitated two Townhall events.'
