While we will report against the above metrics in2023/24, a key activity for FSD this year will be partnering in thedevelopment of the Universitys new Strategic Plan (2025-30). FSD willalso support the following strategic activities:\x01 Deliver the planned Capital Programme (investment of c.300m) over the next five years in new infrastructure projects including:\x01 The E3 Learning Foundry (due to complete construction in 2024)\x01 Old Library Redevelopment Project (currently paused to revise and review scope to remain within budget)\x01 Book of Kells Interim Exhibition (opening January 2024)\x01 Trinity East Portal (completion expected in September 2024)\x01 Trinity South Project (business case currently under development)\x01 Rubrics Restoration (rooms occupied since September 2023)\x01 Printing House Square student accommodation (all rooms occupied since November 2022)\x01 Dartry Student Accommodation (ongoing engagement with the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science to secure funding to allow planned project to proceed)\x01 Avail of the European Investment Bank top up facility to support investment in key strategic projects.\x01 Ensure that financing structures are optimised over the period of the Strategic Plan and comply fully with our banking covenants, maintaining headroom on minimum cash levels, gearing ratios and debt servicing capability.\x01 Support eorts to reduce the student-sta ratio, ensuring financial resources are prioritised to deliver this goal.\x01 Partner with internal stakeholders and the Higher Education Sectorto secure funding under the Government\'s "Funding the Future"Iniative. 23 24'
