Donated by the American Irish Foundation in 1985. The artist studied Philosophy, Psychology and English at Trinity College for a period before attending the Accademia dei Belli Arti di Brera in Milan, Italy. He has been commissioned to create works for locations all over the world, including Spain, Ecuador, Morocco, the United States and the French West Indies. Another example of his work entitled 'Go deo - homage to Beckett' and in bronze was donated to the College by David Arnold and installed in 2008 at the courtyard of TRIARC Trinity's Irish Art Research Centre, the former Provost's House Stables. The sculpture is also visible from the Nassau Street perimeter of the College.
