Science Writing Workshops

*NEW* Maths Resources on Blackboard

SLD has just launched a new section of mathematics and statistics resources on our Blackboard module. It has been developed from resources developed by University Maths Centres and organisations around the world. It comprises interactive exercises, quizzes, tutorials, videos and text resources on a wide range of maths and stats topics.

Maths Help Room by DU Mathsoc

The Maths Help Room is back! The place to go for help with your maths assignments and problems. A distinguished roster of undergraduate Maths students are ready to help you solve any issues you have related to your undergraduate Maths courses. Visit the DU Mathsoc website for more details.

Academic Writing Centre

SLD offers a variety of writing services for all students to help them develop their academic writing skills. We have trained tutors from a variety of academic backgrounds, including STEM. Click here to read more or to book an appointment today.

Writing Centre appointments on Mondays from 12pm - 3pm are run by a tutor from the School of Chemistry.
