Student Learning Development provides learning support to help Trinity students reach their academic potential. We work with students who are struggling with their studies as well as high achieving students who want to improve their performance.
We provide workshops and events, throughout the year, on a range of academic and learning skills e.g. self-management skills, study and exam skills, presentation skills, writing and critical thinking skills. Additionally, we run a series of online workshops for off-campus students.
We also see students on a one-to-one basis by appointment, for individual queries and students can also come along to our our drop-in clinics which operate on a on first come basis.
We have developed a Blackboard module 'Academic Skills for Successful Learning' which has an extensive range of learning resources, in a variety of formats, which is available to students 24/7. Click here for details.
We also collaborate with academic departments to deliver tailored academic skills workshops for students.
