Photocopying
The Library provides 30 black and white photocopiers and one colour photocopier. Photocopying and printing services in the Library are operated by Kopikat.

Notice must be taken of copyright regulations in the Library.
Photocopiers operate using cards available from dispensers. Each library has a card dispensing machine.
- Cards cost €4 for 64 units
- One A4 black and white copy = one unit
- One A4 colour copy = eight units
- Exact change in €1 or €2 coins needed
- No change given at Service Counters
- Also used for printing in the Library

A Kopikat card used for Library photocopying and printing
Library cards are accepted by all self-service machines located in the Arts and Hamilton Buildings. Library photocopiers and printers will also accept Kopikat cards purchased in these areas.
High Value Cards
Larger capacity cards are also available:
- Cards cost €10 for 160 units
- Available from Student Union shops
- Academic departments should purchase these from the SU shops directly - departments with credit accounts for newspapers etc. may use those for purchase
Photocopier Problems
Please report problems directly to Kopikat:
- Each photocopier location has a telephone to report faults, paper jams etc.

Printing
Printers are connected to PCs in the Library and may also be used for printing from laptops. Library printers use a different payment system to other printers in Trinity College Dublin.
