S2S Mentor Trainer Programme

An S2S Mentor Trainer is a paid student role responsible for delivering Mentor Training sessions to newly recruited Mentors for the upcoming academic year, working in pairs with another Trainer.

Mentor Trainers must have previously served as an S2S Mentor and draw on this experience to provide realistic insights and expectations. They deliver 40 four-hour training sessions between February and May, covering topics such as icebreakers, campus tours, event planning, active listening, conflict resolution, and referrals.

Applications for 2026 Mentor Trainer are closed. Applications will reopen at the end of Term 1 for the next academic year.
