S2S Mentor Trainers are paid TCD students who deliver 40 four-hour training sessions between February and April, working in pairs. Drawing on their own mentoring experience, they train new Mentors in areas such as icebreakers, campus tours, event planning, active listening, conflict resolution, and referrals.

Applications for 2026 Mentor Trainer roles will open in late 2025. Check our Instagram (@tcds2s) or this webpage for updates.
