This event brought together international speakers and leading service providers, policymakers, government employees, researchers, and people with lived experience of loneliness.

The Loneliness Taskforce Research Network is a collaborative coalition of academics, researchers, and community stakeholders dedicated to generating and sharing high-quality evidence to combat loneliness. Supported by ALONE, the network was established to support efforts of the Loneliness Taskforce to advocate for government action, and the development and implementation of a fully funded National Action Plan on Loneliness.
