Recognizing the breath and complexity of achieving truly sustainable mobility systems, SUMMIT is founded on collaboration with and support for diverse stakeholders in delivering their respective missions. Ways in which your organization can benefit from SUMMIT research and expertise include:

Contributing to the SUMMIT research agenda – help us to identify national and international multi-disciplinary research priorities for the long term and how they can be addressed collaboratively.

Contributing to our education mission through activities such as

  • Hosting internships for highly-qualified students.
  • Proposing and/or supporting undergraduate and M.Sc. dissertation projects.
  • Co/funding longer-term Ph.D. projects on topics of interest.
  • Supporting ideation and innovation projects and hackathons designed to explore new approaches to tackling mobility problems.

Engaging in collaborative research and development activities with the SUMMIT team.

  • A range of funding vehicles can be used to support activities including (but not limited to) new product/service/policy development; new business model design; and development, assessment and/or application of new technologies.

Leveraging Trinity College’s world-class research excellence, global network, and intellectual property, the nature of collaboration with your organisation can take many shapes and forms and it will be a result of an open and flexible dialogue. We also have expertise in preparing IP and contractual arrangements and can tailor these to suit your needs.
