Sinéad Lucey

Sinéad Lucey is the Business Manager for the E3 project at Trinity College Dublin. Sinéad leads the E3 project team and overseas all the Business Development activities within the E3 project including, international student recruitment, partnerships, mobility and industry engagement. She collaborate with numerous functions within Trinity to realise the vision of E3 and its business case, these include, Trinity Alumni and Development, Trinity Research and Innovation, Trinity Careers, Global Relations and the Provost office. Sinéad was Head of International Education for 9 years at the Irish Universities Association where she spearheaded numerous internationalisation projects including the European Commission funded project, EMASI (Enhancing Mobility for Access Students Ireland). This project focused on widening participation in mobility programmes for students from non-traditional backgrounds. She also led the negotiating team for the Irish Universities with the Brazilian Science without Borders programme bringing over 3,000 Brazilian students to study in Ireland. Prior to joining the IUA, she was a project manager with the Royal College of Surgeons and the Institute of Technology in Tralee. Sinéad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and a Master’s in Development Education and Global Learning from the University of London.

Michael Lynham

Michael Lynham is the Marketing Manager for E3 at Trinity College Dublin.  Michael is responsible for designing, implementing and executing marketing and communication strategies on behalf of E3.  Previously, Michael was the Marketing & Communications Manager with Tangent, Trinity’s Ideas Workspace.  He has also served as an International Marketing Officer in the Global Relations Office at Trinity College Dublin where he executed marketing strategies for the North American & Indian markets. 

Prior to joining Trinity, Michael worked in the health, automotive, beauty, professional services , media, and music industries. 

Michael is a European Digital Communications Award Winner, and was successfully awarded a Global Marketing & Communication Award from the prestigious Association of Marketing & Communications Professionals.   He holds a MSc in Digital Marketing from Dublin City University, MSc. in Marketing Management from the Technological University Dublin, BA (Hons.) Degree in Media and a HND in Music Production & Management from the University of West London. 

Melanie Mai

Melanie is a Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer for the E3 Initiative. Her role primarily is to provide key information and assistance to E3 applicants along their application journey and to provide support in student recruitment and university partnership activities within the E3 remit. Melanie has almost 15 years of experience in the International education arena, both in the Public and Private sectors. As a former international student herself, Melanie understands the needs and challenges faced by incoming international students while trying to adapt and balance a new life overseas. Through her previous roles, Melanie was directly involved in the development of joint programmes with partner institutions in Asia which saw many overseas students transferring to Ireland annually. Melanie was actively engaged with diplomatic missions and government agencies such as the Chinese Embassy, MARA Ireland, Kuwait Cultural Office and the Cultural Office of the UAE Embassy. Melanie holds a BA (Hons) in Journalism & Media Communications from Griffith College and a postgraduate qualification in International Business from Nottingham Trent University.

Nora Varga

Nora is a Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer for the E3 Initiative. She supports the undergraduate and postgraduate admission process across all disciplines within the E3 Initiative. She works closely with the Global Relations Office in domestic and international recruitment activities and acts as an on-campus point of contact for prospective students. Before joining Trinity, Nora was responsible for international student recruitment and admissions at IBA International Business Academy in Kolding, Denmark and coordinated the VELUX Scholarship for talented but financially disadvantaged students from Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to working in the international higher education sector, she gained experience in the Austrian oil and gas industry working in corporate strategy related projects. Nora holds a Double BA in International Sales and Marketing Management from Denmark and the United Kingdom. She is a recent MSc graduate in Human Resource Management from Trinity College Dublin and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is originally from Hungary, with experience living and studying in Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Austria and Ireland. Nora is passionate about international education, international development and encouraging young individuals to live up to their potential and study abroad.

Jayasree Gopal Student Recruitment & Admissions Officer

Jayasree Gopal is the E3 Recruitment Coordinator for Trinity College Dublin,The University of Dublin and is based in Chennai.

Jayasree is equipped with over five years of experience in International Higher Education Sector.

She spent two years with Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University,Japan   as an Education Specialist. Thereafter, she worked with different universities in different countries as a freelancing Marketing and Higher Educational consultant and an advisor. She also has an overall eight years of experience in Digital Marketing and Business Strategies.

She holds a Masters in Engineering from St Peters University and a Bachelor Degree from Anna University.
