Trinity Green Week 2026 is here!
And as stated boldly in our Sustainability Strategy 2023-2030:

“We will be a university, a place, and a community where climate change and biodiversity loss are addressed in a holistic, integrated and health-focused way to protect and restore our planetary home for future generations.”

This includes how we enable our students and graduates along their sustainable career journeys. Many graduates are interested in pursuing careers where they won't have a negative impact on the environment. Here’s how Trinity Careers Service can help:

  • Attend our Sustainable Careers event on Wednesday 11th March from 6-8pm to get inspired about a career in sustainability. This event will showcase how graduates from diverse disciplines are contributing to a more sustainable, equitable future. The session highlights the impact alumni are making and the possibilities open to students from any academic background. Plus free pizza! More info about our Trinity alum speakers and how to register on MyCareer (sign in using your Trinity email and password) HERE. Trinity Staff wishing to attend this event should register at the door on the night.
  • Being able to recognise greenwashing is a crucial ability for all students, no matter what you're studying, whether it's science, business, the arts, or anything else. Read ‘Your Guide to Greenwashing’, created by a Trinity student, and learn how to spot the red flags of greenwashing HERE.
  • Have a chat with your Careers Consultant about what impact you would like to make in the sustainability space and how this might affect your career choices. Book your 1-1 career consultant appointment on MyCareer (sign in using your Trinity email and password)  HERE.
