Trinity Development & Alumni (TDA) leads alumni engagement and fundraising for Trinity College Dublin, Ireland’s highest-ranked university. We are currently recruiting two roles – Events Executive and Marketing Executive. This is an opportunity to join a leading advancement office and to contribute to the success of one of the world’s oldest and greatest universities - Trinity College Dublin. Events Executive

We are recruiting a dynamic and energetic Events Executive to work on a programme of events supporting the fundraising and alumni engagement goals of university. If you are an organised multi-tasker with a ‘people-first’ attitude and a collaborative working style, this job is for you. As the Events Executive you will support colleagues on the Events team to deliver a high quality, impactful programme of events, targeted at the various networks of stakeholders (alumni and students, donors and supporters). These events are a mix of in-person, hybrid and virtual events both local and international. You will be responsible for the delivery of specific events from conception to evaluation within this team and a wide variety of other event related activities. Marketing Executive

We are recruiting a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to work on a creative communications programme supporting the fundraising and alumni engagement goals of the university. If you are creative with an eye for detail and a collaborative working style, we would love to hear from you. As the Marketing Executive you will play a key role in ensuring the overall efficiency of the Communications team and support day to day administration within the office. This varied and challenging role demands discretion, initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and the ability to anticipate and deal with problems as they arise. The successful candidate will work on exciting projects and benefit from a range of personal development and training opportunities. Closing date for applications is Friday, 7 October.

Administrative Assistants

We are recruiting two Administrative Assistant positions to provide a comprehensive range of supports to the fundraising operations of Trinity Development & Alumni. If you are dynamic, organised, have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive working in a fast-paced organisation, this role is for you. As an Administrative Assistant you will support projects across the development team gaining experience in a variety of tasks and processes integral to fundraising in a third-level institution. Closing date for applications is Thursday, 13 October.
