1. Three NEW Appeals procedures were developed, and the existing Appeals Policy was updated:
    a. NEW Procedures for the Conduct of Courts of First Appeal
    b. NEW Procedures for the Conduct of School Postgraduate Appeals Committees
    c. NEW Terms of Reference for Academic Appeals Committees
    d. Updated Appeals Policy (Academic Progress)
  2. Updates were made to the College Statement on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI in Teaching, Learning, Assessment and Research, along with related GenAI updates to the following five policies and resources:
    a. Assessment and Academic Progression Policy
    b. Academic Integrity Policy
    c. Programme Handbook Templates
    d. Coversheet Declaration in Blackboard
    e. Late Submission of Assessments(Extensions) Policy
  3. Minor updates were made to two awards-related Policies:
    a. Dual and Joint Awards Policy
    b. Academic Awards Policy
  4. The Procedure for the Transfer to External Examiners of Students Assessed Work and the Procedure for the Conduct of Student Focus Groups underwent a scheduled review and update.
  5. The scope of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Policy was broadened.
  6. A NEW Recording of Lectures Policy was approved and comes into effect for 2026/27
