Fitness Course - Learn to Lift with Hugo Casarin 

Programme Information

Unleash your power with our 'Learn to Lift' program! Held twice a week in our private High-Performance Room, this course is designed to give you the confidence and technique to master the fundamentals of weightlifting. You will learn key movements like squats ,pull-ups, deadlifts, and push-ups, and their variations to tailor your workouts. This course will empower you to walk into any gym with confidence.

Fitness Course - Lift and Lean with Hugo Casarin 

Programme Information

Our program Lift and Lean is a mix of strength training with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), in which you can expect an increase in muscle mass and significant calorie burn. The course will boost your fitness and improve your overall physique.

Each session begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body for a thorough workout. Our strength training segment includes classic exercises such as lunges, bench presses, rows, squats, pull-ups, and targeted core workouts to ensure a well-rounded and effective routine. This is followed by a unique HIIT session, guaranteed to make you sweat and burn calories.

Fitness Course - Strong legs, core and glutes  

Programme Information

This programme is designed to improve your strength and form in critical areas. In this course, we focus on strength exercises such as Bulgarian squats, band exercises, hip thrusters, and cyclists squats, along with other classic leg movements. This will increase the power in your legs and glutes and ensure these muscles provide a steady base for a wide array of functional movements.
