Language Learning Centre
The Centre for Language and Communication Studies offers a range of facilities and resources for students and staff of TCD. Its primary role is to support College-based language courses, but members of College wishing to learn a language on a private study self-access basis are also encouraged to use the Resource Centre. The faciltities include computers, language laboratories and satellite/video workstations.
Facilities and Resources
Users of the Resource Centre must have a CLCS ID card valid for the current year (available on registration in the CLCS office, Room 4091).
Materials may be borrowed by students and members of staff upon production of a current (annual) ID card, and may only be used in the adjoining technical facilities. Application for a CLCS ID card entails acceptance of the Rules and Regulations for use of CLCS facilities.

Opening Hours
- During lecture term: 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday; 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Friday.
- Outside lecture term: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 2 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Location
CLCS is located on Level 4 of the Arts Building in Room 4091, which also houses the Resource Library for audio, print and video materials.
