Association of Competition Economics (ACE)
About ACE
The Association of Competition Economics (ACE) brings together those working on the economics of competition in government, academia and the private sector and provides a forum for discussion and debate of both issues and cases. It is based in Europe and is open to all those interested in the economics of competition.
Aims & Objectives
- Foster common economic analyses and approaches across countries and institutions.
- Raise standards of eocnomic analysis by keeping practitioners up to date with academic research.
- Give better access to institutional details and case facts, enabling more studies of competition policy issues.
- Improve critical dialogue and contacts between government, private practitioners and academics outside of the specific instance of cases.
- Raise the profile of the economic analysis of competition, making it a more attractive career choice for economists.
- Create a community of economists working in competition across Europe.

Membership of ACE
Duration of Membership
Membership of ACE is based on the calendar year. ACE is offering an early membership fee of €100 up to September 30th, after such time the membership fee will be €150.
Students can avail of a reduced membership fee of €50 but proof of studentship (i.e. copy of university ID, letter from university etc.) must accompany the membership form.

Payment of Membership Fee

Annual membership is payable by cheque, bankdraft made payable to TCD No. 1 Account, ref: ACE, c/o IIIS, Trinity College, Dublin 2, Ireland
2. CREDIT CARD
You may also pay by credit card (VISA/Mastercard/AMEX) - credit card details should be inserted CLEARLY on the membership form where requested.
