The Economics Department of Trinity College Dublin (TCD), in association with the Institute for International Integration Studies (IIIS), is very pleased to host the 7th annual meeting of the Irish Society of New Economists (ISNE) in Dublin from 24-25 September, 2010.

The ISNE was formed to encourage research, information and social links among economists at the early stages of their careers in Ireland and Europe. The annual conference is intended for MSc, PhD students, and young professionals in the early stages of research. Eligibility to present has nothing to do with age. We strongly encourage those working on economics-related research in all settings to present.

The 2010 ISNE meeting will feature the work and findings of scholars in economics, econometrics and related fields, and will provide an excellent opportunity to present your own research results and work in progress. Additionally, a social event will be offered. The Keynote Speech will be given by Professor Philip Lane (TCD and CEPR).

Researchers wishing to submit their work for consideration should send an extended abstract (300 - 400 words) and their contact details to no later than June 30th, 2010 using this application form. Successful applicants will be notified no later than July 16th, 2010.

We look forward to meeting you in Dublin.
