Review your development and reflect on your actions using the Reflective Log as you practice your skills

By reflecting on, reviewing and revising your development as you practice your skills, you will gain a deeper level of learning which you can transfer from one situation to another

"Unpack" what you did, examine what worked well and why it worked well and how you felt about it. Think about what needs to be improved and any further actions you need to take

Record your evidence in your Reflective Log. For further information on the importance and types of evidence, see the Evidence section

Review your goals in your Action Plan and if necessary create new goals for further development of that skill

If satisfied with your development move on to a new skill and begin the 3 stage cycle again i.e. PLAN - DO - REVIEW
