Hester is the Partnership Development Officer and acts as the primary liaison for employers who wish to engage in recruitment activities in Trinity.
Prior to taking up the role of Partnership Development Officer in the Careers and Development Service, Hester was based in the School of Computer Science and Statistics where she managed the Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering Internship Programme and the Industry-based Software Engineering Projects. In this capacity, Hester was responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships with industry and securing partnerships with companies, both to provide internships and software engineering projects for students in the School.
Before joining Trinity, Hester spent several years working within the field of International Development, specifically in partnership development and collaboration.
