Global Education Program

Applications are now open for 2022 entry

The Global Education Program funds postgraduate study for Russian citizens in leading foreign universities. Apply to Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin and to the Global Education Program Scholarship today and receive up to RUB 13,800,000 to cover your tuition fees and living expenses.

The Global Education Programme covers all expenses associated with the academic programme, including tuition, living expenses, health insurance, books and roundtrip travel expenses.
Upon admission to a Masters or PhD programme at Trinity College Dublin, citizens of the Russian Federation may apply for funding through the Global Education programme. Upon graduation, participants must commit to employment in an organisation registered in the territory of the Russian Federation for three years.

Eligible disciplines at Trinity College Dublin include Computer Science, Engineering, Clinical and Preventive Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Physical Sciences, Economics, Management in social spheres and Education.
