About Me

My name is James Rochford (He/Him), and I am a second-year History and Political Science student. I hope we can all help one another study and adjust to Trinity and society life!

I joined the S2S mentoring service in 2025 to give back to the college community, and I am a member of the Mature Student panel. Aside from my academic interests and coursework, I regularly participate in Punk Picnic in Dublin as a badge-maker and vendor. Regarding interests, my favourite artist is Queens of the Stone Age, reading and collecting books (more on the latter side!) and playing old video games. My favourite author is Alexandre Dumas for 'The Count of Monte Cristo'; my favourite bookshop is The Last Bookshop on Camden Street.

I look forward to meeting, working with, and listening to you all as we work to make Trinity a more vibrant environment for all students.
