Get Support
Need some support and not sure where to start? Let us help!
S2S offers two main streams of support to TCD students: Mentoring and Peer Support. This page will help you find the option best suited to your needs.

Mentoring
Every first-year undergraduate student is assigned trained Mentors, who are typically second-year or higher students from the same or similar courses. Mentors offer guidance, information, and social connection throughout the academic year.

Peer Support
S2S Peer Support offers confidential, one-to-one support from trained TCD student volunteers. Available to all undergraduate and postgraduate students, it provides a friendly, non-judgmental space to talk.
Panels
S2S offers two specialised Mentor panels at Trinity College Dublin: one for students seeking support through Gaeilge and one for Mature-entry students.
Other Supports Available
In addition to S2S, the Student Counselling Service and Student Learning Development support TCD students on their university journey. Learn more about counselling, group therapy, academic skills, and other resources through the links below.
