Mentor Training Terms and Conditions

By applying to be an S2S Mentor you are agreeing to meet the requirements in the Mentor role description. 
You are also agreeing to:

• Attend a full 4 hours of in-person training, as you cannot proceed as a Mentor without completing this session. If you do not attend and do not give reasonable notice we may not be able to offer you an alternative session.

• Log in to https://s2svolunteer.tcd.ie/ to update/amend your volunteer profile, including your training date if you need to change it.

Training places are limited- if you are not able to attend or you wish to change your date it is very important that you give us as much notice as possible. We cannot reserve training places for you in future sessions if you repeatedly fail to attend.

• Training will be held in person in the Student Counselling Service Seminar Room, 3rd Floor, 7-9 Leinster Street South. Late arrivals may not be admitted, in which case you will be asked to reschedule your training session.

• Any and all data provided by you will be used in accordance with our GDPR policy.
