Room Bookings

As part of organising meet-ups and activities, S2S volunteers may need to book rooms on campus. This page explains how to request a room, what spaces are available, and the guidelines to keep in mind when making a booking.

S2S Student Space (House 47):

  • Student space with interactive screen (great for movie screenings, just plug in your laptop via HDMI).
  • Best for groups under 20.
  • Tea and coffee facilities available.
  • You can book House 47 here.

Atrium / Eliz Room:

  • Slightly larger venues.
  • Can only be booked via a society email.
  • Email s2s@csc.tcd.ie first, and they can book on your behalf. Please don’t submit requests directly, they may be rejected under the CSC’s verification process.
  • If food is involved, Junior Dean approval is required at least 10 working days in advance.

Other rooms on campus (lecture theatres / other rooms):

  • Larger rooms, useful for multiple groups hosting a communal meet-up.
  • Only available after 6pm, and food is typically not permitted in lecture theatres.
  • Email enquiries@tcd.ie and CC student2student@tcd.ie (otherwise your booking won’t be verified).
  • If food is involved, Junior Dean approval is required at least 10 working days in advance.

Additional Notes:

  • If hoping to have food don’t forget to submit your event funding request form at least 7 days in advance. You can find out more on our website.
  • S2S can not arrange food delivery to other locations including benches on campus or the Pav.
