On 29 April 2025, the Department of Political Science welcomed advanced doctoral candidates and visiting experts for a focused day of research presentations and feedback. Sincere thanks to Anselm Hager (WZB) and Alexandra Scacco (University of Hamburg & WZB) for their invaluable insights, to Prof. Macartan Humphreys (Trinity & WZB) for coordinating the programme, and to our professional staff for flawlessly managing all logistics.

It was a pleasure to welcome Political Science graduates - and now elected TDs - Shane Moynihan and Marie Sherlock back to Trinity last night for a wide-ranging discussion on global change, leadership, and their time studying at Trinity College Dublin. Moderated by Prof Gail McElroy & Dr Lisa Keenan.
