    • "Enduring Originalism"

    In this seminar, Professor Jeffrey Pojanowski will speak to his co-authored paper with Prof Kevin Walsh (University of Richmond Law School) entitled 'Enduring Originalism' which argues that the classical natural law tradition of legal thought supplies a solid jurisprudential foundation for constitutional originalism in US constitutional law today.
