Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland - Essay Competition 2021.
The deadline for submissions is 26 July 2021
The Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland invites essays on the following topic:
“Pensions regulation is moving under the umbrella of general financial regulation at E.U. level – what is the impact of this on the Irish pensions industry now and in the future? (focussing on ESG, trustee investment duties, SRD2, SFDR and IORP II etc.)”
- 1st Prize: €4,000
- 2nd Prize: €1,000
- All students of law
- All trainee Solicitors and Barristers;
- All Solicitors/Barristers qualified less than 2 years.
Essays should be between 2,000 and 3,000 words. The deadline for submission is 26 July 2021. Joint submissions are welcome.
