The Great Law School Bake Off

The Law School, TCD LawSoc and TCD FLAC are pleased to announce the inaugural Law School Bake Off in aid of Focus Ireland. The event will take place on Friday, 22 November in the Atrium, 11 - 12.30 pm.

Gather your utensils, pre-heat your ovens to 180 degrees and get those baking aprons ironed – the inaugural Law School Bake off is officially here. Friday 22nd November, Law School staff and students will go head-to-head in what will be the most ruthless, impassioned and merciless competition of our (young) lives. Throw out the textbooks and roll up your sleeves. This will be a Bake Off like no other. We will be bucket collecting on the day, raising much needed funds for Focus Ireland who do incredible work tackling the homelessness crisis in Ireland. Every donation, big or small, goes a long way towards making a difference.

The format of the event will be a baking competition, where competitors must have their entries in at 10am. The bake sale will begin at 11am, with the winners announced shortly thereafter. Stick around for tea, coffee, cake & chats until 1pm – when we’ll all go back to the library and the lecturers, well, they’ll be grieving the loss of their once-esteemed reputations.

This event is a collaboration between the Trinity Law School, TCD LawSoc and Trinity FLAC. TCD Law Students who wish to enter a cake should contact Milly Farrell Kelly or Sean Duffy to register your entry Entries can be either for the Bake Off competition or for the general bake sale.
