Trinity students crowned champions of 60th Irish Times Debate 2020

Trinity College Dublin students Eoghan Quinn and Aislinn Carty were crowned team champions of the 60th Irish Times Debate competition at the event’s grand final on Friday night.

 

Congratulations Eoghan Quinn of Senior Fresh Law and his teammate Aislinn Carty, representing The Phil, on their success in this year's Irish Times Debate. Eoghan and Aislinn were declared team champions at last Friday's final. Congratulations to you both. The final of the debate, the country’s longest third-level debating competition, was chaired by the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Frank Clarke, a former finalist.
