Court Interpretation and Procedural Justice issues in Wales and the Republic of Ireland

The first in this seminar series funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council explores the constitutional and procedural justice aspects of multilingualism within an official language context both in Ireland and Wales. The seminar brings together experts on the legal and constitutional status of Irish and Welsh, to develop a better understanding of language as a fair trial issue (and what this means), language as an equality issue, and language as a freedom of expression entitlement.
