The Day Nursery was established in 1969 as the first on-site workplace nursery in Ireland. We aim to provide the highest quality childcare and education programme to our children and their families.
We also provide a child-centred approach where kids are free to express their creativity and originality to boost their self-esteem and sense of self. We use the Aistear Framework to support the children in all aspects of their development.
Every child in our care receives a nutritious meal, has access to outdoor space, has opportunities to exercise, for downtime, and playtime, all of which support their overall growth and academic success. You may find a large selection of high-quality toys and learning resources for both indoor and outdoor activities at our Day Nursery.
Our active learning culture encourages the smaller children to learn and develop through play and the older children to experience the Montessori method of education. Each will be supported to learn and develop at their own pace and make new friends.
Opening Times
The nursery is open five days a week Monday to Friday at the following times:
8:30am till 17:00pm. We are open 51 weeks of the year. We close for 1 week at Christmas and other public holidays.
