The Campaign for Trinity College

Inspiring Generations since 1592

Since 1592, Trinity College Dublin has inspired talented people to change the world through brilliant research and a life-changing education. Trinity was founded on lands granted by Dublin Corporation and has grown through the centuries with support from alumni and friends. Now, we’ve launched the largest philanthropic campaign ever undertaken on the island of Ireland. Inspiring Generations will raise support for transformative projects across Trinity that will ensure the University continues to make an impact on Ireland and the world.

Raise €400 million to support Campaign projects

Inspiring Generations will help to fund flagship projects that will consolidate Trinity’s position as a leading global university and enable us to inspire many more generations to come. Just some of our ambitions are to create more pathways for talented students to access a Trinity education; create Ireland’s first comprehensive cancer centre of global excellence; build the E3 Institute that will position Ireland as a European leader in research and innovation; and safeguard and conserve Trinity’s magnificent Old Library.
