New students and staff

If you are a new student or member of staff the best place to begin is the Getting Started section.

Assistive Technology Service

Some users with accessibility requirements may find the facilities available via the Assistive Technology Service provided by the Disability service of benefit.

Datapac printing, scanning and photocopying service

If you require assistance with the printing/scanning/photocopying facilities in the Library and IT Services computer rooms please contact the Datapac technician.

Online registration and fees payment

If you have any queries relating to online registration or fees payment please contact Academic Registry.

Click - Repair Centre

Click is an on-campus IT repair centre for staff & students’ personal equipment.  Click also retail Windows laptops and they repair smartphones & tablet devices.  The Click centre is based in the Student Union House 6 and their opening hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Trinity staff should note that hardware repairs for College-owned IT equipment bought from the approved suppliers should be directed to the relevant supplier, and that hardware purchases should only be made through the approved suppliers.
