Bachelor in midwifery studies (BMS), Bachelor in nursing studies (BNS), Access to degree programme
These are not CAO courses. Students should apply directly to the university.
The Access to degree programme and the BNS/BMS Programmes will run on alternate years. The BNS/BMS programmes will run in 2012.
Completed applications to these programmes must be returned by 15 June 2012 for entry to the academic year commencing in September 2012. Late Applications may be processed but places will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Diploma in the History of European Painting
This course of approximately 40 lectures provides a historical survey of European painting. In addition to lectures there are weekly seminars, many of which are held in the National Gallery.
Lectures take place on Mondays and Thursdays, 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Seminar times to be arranged.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 1 June of the year of entry.

Mature Student Supplementary Application Form
EU students who will be over 23 on January 1st of the year of entry to College may apply for entry to the first year of an undergraduate degree course as a mature student. Mature students are required to apply to the CAO and to send the completed TCD mature student application form to Trinity College. The closing date for receipt of both applications is 1 February of the year of entry.
Late applications can not be accepted.

Non-EU Students
Non-EU applicants should not apply to the Central Applications Office (CAO) but should apply directly to Trinity College. The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 1 February of the year of entry.

Part-Time (evening) Degrees
Application to the Programme in Information Systems (Diploma / Degree) should be made directly to the University.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 30 June of the year of entry.
Late applications will be considered for any vacancies that may arise.
Applications must be accompanied by:
- A recent Curriculum Vitae
- Certified true copies of final second level qualifications and certified true copies of transcripts for all third level study undertaken to date
- Certified true copies of IELTS, Cambridge Proficiency / Advanced or TOEFL scores for applicants whose first language is not English. See "English language requirement" for further details

Reid Entrance Exhibition
A maximum of five Reid Entrance Exhibitions are awarded each year to students of limited means who are not eligible for the higher education grant and who are natives of county Kerry. Exhibitions are granted on the basis of public examination results.
A Reid Entrance Exhibition is tenable for two years. Exhibitioners have their evening meal (Commons) free, are supplied with a laptop and receive a salary of €6,000 per annum.
During the Senior Freshman (second) year exhibitioners normally compete for Foundation Scholarships. Students who do not succeed in obtaining a Foundation Scholarship but are deemed to have shown sufficient merit in their examinations may have the Reid Entrance Exhibitions extended for two further years.
Students are required to apply for the Reid Entrance Exhibition by 31 May of the year of entry.
