Camp Experience

Create STEM connections!

Enjoy a week of designing, collaborating and learning. Each camp day is filled with interactive Physics, Maths, Technology and Engineering. If you are any way STEM-curious, this is the place for you!

Eligibility

The STEM camps are for secondary school students.

Dates

  • Easter Camp, 15-19 April (1st and 2nd year students only)
  • Summer Camp I, 10-14 June ( for pre-junior cert students)
  • Summer Camp II , 24-28 June (for post-junior cert students)
  • Summer Camp III, 8-12 July (for post-junior cert students)

Fees
€275 per 5-day camp.

Places on all of our camps are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

InvenT

Collaborate, Code and Create!

Enjoy a week of designing, collaborating and learning. Each camp day is filled with interactive computer science sessions. If you have a little coding experience and want to know more, this is the place for you!

Eligibility

InvenT camps are only for students who have already sat their Junior Cert exams.

  • Summer Camp: 17 June - 21 June
  • Summer Camp: 24 June - 28 June
  • Summer Camp: 1 July - 5 July

Fees
€325 per 5-day camp.

Places on all of our camps are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Club Experience

Create STEM connections!

Join our Club and take your place in the STEM community!  In Trinity Walton Club you will collaborate and connect with like-minds as you work through sessions, tasks and projects.

Our next club programme starts in September 2018 and runs for 30 Saturdays during the academic year.

Eligibility

  • Students going into second-year of secondary school in September 2018. All students are expected to sit an entrance assessment at Trinity College Dublin on September 8th 2018.

Not all applicants will be accepted. Places will be allocated based on the entrance assessment results and the personal statement on the application form.
Fees
A non-refundable €30 fee is required to sit the assessment Club fees are €295 per 10-week term

Trinity Walton Club is a not-for-profit STEM Education programme that is subsidised by Trinity College Dublin and supporters.

All club fees cover the direct costs associated with running this initiative.


Scholarships

Trinity Walton Club offers a limited number of scholarships to students from socio-economic backgrounds that are currently under-represented at university, such as students from DEIS and TAP (Trinity’s Access Programme) affiliated schools.

Students from DEIS schools and TAP are invited to apply for a scholarship by completing the application form on our apply page and checking the DEIS or TAP box contained within the form.
