We will explore how Irish and Italian women poets and translators have engaged with Dante and how this has impacted their poetic voice. An ideal encounter between two poets and translators, Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin and Margherita Guidacci (presented by Allegra Tonnarini), who represent deep connections between Dante and Ireland.
This event is run in accordance with Trinity’s Dignity and Respect policy, and its commitment to nurturing a respectful and inclusive research culture.
