A conversation with Eamonn McCann (Journalist and former politician) as part of the We Shall Overcome conference organised by the School of Histories and Humanities.
Eamonn McCann was a leader of the Northern Irish civil rights movement and has since had a long and distinguished career in journalism and politics. In this conversation, moderated by Niall Ó Dochartaigh of the University of Galway, McCann will reflect on connections between the Northern Irish movement and the African American one and their legacy for the present.
