Our Objectives

Trinity has several objectives set out in its Sustainability Action Plan to reduce our consumption of resources and migrate to more sustainable food choices, such as:

  • Develop a Waste Action Plan for a Circular Campus
  • Support Green Procurement
  • Increase plant based menus by 50% by 2030 
  • Reduce GHG emissions associated with food production and waste in all catering facilities by 50% by 2030
