Casa Exchange

CASA (Consortium for Advanced Study Abroad) is a Study Abroad programme for Trinity students to study at one of the CASA centres on a fee paying basis. Students can study at CASA Study Centres in Cuba, Chile and Argentina. As the first non-US partner in CASA, Trinity students have previously taken the opportunity to study at the CASA Havana Centre. Visit the website at http://casa.education/home to find out more about how CASA works.

Scholarships and Fees: Students attend the CASA programmes on a fee-paying basis. There are two Trinity scholarships per programme each Spring semester. They cover the majority of the programme’s tuition, but students who are selected will still need to pay the remainder of the programme tuition and fees. Contact Hannah Kilgore at: hkilgore@tcd.ie or the Hispanic Studies Department at Trinity for more information.

Eligibility: Students need the appropriate level of Spanish in order to study through these programmes. If you are a native, heritage or near-fluent speaker you are welcome to apply regardless of your course of study at Trinity. See below for further details by programme.

Application Deadlines: March 1 for admission to the Autumn semester. October 1 for admission to the Spring semester. You must let Hannah know by June 1 if applying to the TCD Scholarship for the Spring semester. Email Hannah Kilgore at hkilgore@tcd.ie for application details.
