Teachers and students from Kenya and Jordan who are in Dublin to attend the BT Young Scientist Competition paid a visit to the Provost’s House. The students are the winners of national Young Scientist competitions in their respective countries.

The students spoke about their winning projects which included: a home security system that uses AI and the Internet of Things to combat burglary; a rapid COVID-19 breathalyser testing kit; and a device created for the deaf community which converts soundwaves into vibrations.
