Important Dates in 2019/20

25 July 2019: Getting Organised - for NEW mature students

Getting Organised, 25 July 2019. This is a highly practical seminar for our incoming mature students. Learn about registration, fees, bursaries, SUSI grants and money management as you get ready for college life. The Mature Students Office will give a presention on the supports available in Trinity as well as colleagues from key departments. No registration is required: 10am - 1pm.

26 & 27 August 2019: Mature Students Orientation - for NEW mature students

The mature student orientation gives new matures a little extra time to get used to the transition to college. This orientation takes place one week in advance of Freshers Week, while the campus is still quiet! New mature students will hear from the Senior Tutor, Student Learning, the Library, the Mature Students Society, IT Services, and current students in Trinity. There will be a lunch and guided tour of the campus, and time to meet your fellow matures along the way. Join us for a pint in the Pavillion Bar on campus afterwards. Registration is required: 9.30am - 3pm Monday, 10am-12pm Tues and/or Wednesday.

18-24 November 2019: College Awareness Week and Discover Trinity

Visit the campus during College Awareness Week for 'Discover Trinity' - an introduction to student life at Trinity aimed specifically at mature applicants. Visitors sit in on Fresher lectures, meet students and staff, learn in detail about the application process for matures, and take a tour of the campus and facilities. More information on Discover Trinity will be on the www.collegeaware.ie website and the Mature Student Office website.

23 November 2019: College Open Day

Join us for College Open Day on Saturday, 23 Nov 2019. You can take a tour of campus, meet current students and academics and find out more about the courses and supports available to students in Trinity. The Mature Students Office will give a presention on the application process, with Q&A. No registration required for Open Day: 8am - 4pm.

16 January 2020: Overview of Application Process for Mature Students

Learn in detail about the application process for matures from the Mature Student Officer in Trinity. This is a very practical seminar that goes through the online application portal for mature students step-by-step. Make sure all the boxes are ticked and every section complete - and ask any last-minute questions. More information will be available on the Mature Student Office website. Registration required.

1st February 2020

Closing date for CAO applications and direct applications to Trinity using the online mature student supplemental application form. No late applications from mature students will be accepted.

24th February 2020

HPAT-Ireland test (Medicine applicants only). Closing date for registration for the HPAT is mid-January 2020.
