Transnational Commercial Leasing Law

The project is supported by a Participatory Advisory Board (PAB), comprising senior leaders from the Dublin legal community and the School of Law. This unique structure ensures that research remains grounded in "on-the-ground" commercial reality, involving:

• Industry Experts: Representatives from leading Irish legal and commercial firms.

• Academic Faculty: Members of the Trinity College Dublin School of Law.

• Student Associates: Postgraduate LLM students who work directly with mentors from top-tier firms.
